For the Tiny Lanterns app. Effective July 6, 2026.

Tiny Lanterns stores your journal entries on your device. We never see them, and we could not read them if we wanted to, because they are never sent anywhere.

What the app collects

Nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party services inside the app.

Notifications

The daily reminder is scheduled on your phone by the app itself. It never touches a server.

iCloud sync

If a future version adds iCloud sync, your entries will sync through your own iCloud account, encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest. We still will not be able to see them.
